Drafting We provide CAD drafting services to builders, planners, architects, engineers, and anyone else needing information or ideas put on paper or digital media. We can assist you with your production needs at any stage of the development of your projects. Our training and experience in design and project management makes us uniquely qualified to provide exceptional service in delivering complete and accurate documents in an efficient and cost-effective way. We will take that napkin sketch and turn it into a set of construction documents, or an archive record set. Furthermore, by utilizing our services on a per project basis you can insure an increase in productivity for your office, and compete for more projects without an increase in overhead. As-Built/Existing Conditions Documentation Pursuant to a need to record existing conditions, whether it’s for building addition, remodeling, or archive purposes, we provide as-built/existing conditions documentation. Our background in the building industry gives us the knowledge to understand and appreciate the intricacies of how buildings are constructed and how drawing sets and plans are put together. Our survey and documentation process is efficient and economical. Our services include onsite field measuring and data collection. With that, we provide detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, interior elevations, ceiling plans, roof plans, and electrical lighting plans (electrical and lighting plans show switches, receptacles, control/electrical panels, and lighting. All electrical objects are shown as symbols with no wire diagram). We incorporate American National Standards Institute (ANSI) building measuring practices and guidelines.
